Stephanie Winemiller

She has worked as a defense attorney for the Fresno County Public Defender, where she represented criminal defendants in all stages of their cases. Stephanie has experience with workers’ compensation as well, having defended employers in front of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) in a variety of proceedings.

Prior to joining GRSM, Stephanie worked at an immigration firm, representing undocumented individuals with a variety of family-based immigration matters, from immigration applications to court representation.

Her expertise has helped Stephanie hone her skills as an attorney and advocate for her clients, both in and out of the courtroom. Stephanie coins herself as a “research nerd” and truly enjoys researching and solving problems.

Outside of the office, Stephanie is an avid runner and has completed a full marathon and a collection of half marathons. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and two dogs.
