Udhaya Elangovan is a licensed attorney qualified to practice law in both India and California. She focuses her practice in product liability. Before moving to the United States, Udhaya practiced as a seasoned litigation attorney for a decade, handling a broad range of matters including employment, real property, accident claims, and family law. Upon arriving in the U.S., she developed a strong passion for immigration law and dedicated efforts to assisting immigrant communities in achieving their dreams of building a life in America.

Additionally, Udhaya gained experience working at mid-sized firms in the South Bay, practicing insurance defense, primarily in medical malpractice and personal injury claims. She also served as compliance counsel for Google on the Legal Investigations International Team.

Beyond legal practice, Udhaya has a deep love for nature and animals.
