Bill Blick maintains a diverse practice rooted in commercial and construction disputes and the defense of personal injury actions throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bill is part of a team that represents a private building material supplier in various litigation matters and disputes across the country and has experience in numerous venues, including private arbitration. He regularly counsels clients on risk avoidance and minimization by drawing on his litigation experience.

Specific to the construction industry, Bill regularly defends construction defect claims related to residential and commercial properties in Pennsylvania.  These multi-party lawsuits typically involve claims of defective products, defective installation, and/or insufficient oversight, and often involve ancillary insurance coverage disputes.  Bill also serves on a team that defends such actions in other states.

In addition to his litigation practice, Bill assists with the negotiation of commercial lease agreements for properties across the country.  He also serves as part of a team of that regularly provides advice in areas related to asset purchases and divestitures, including those in the real estate arena.

Bill also regularly provides legal advice and counseling on day-to-day operations of a resort property located in Pennsylvania. Bill’s experience includes defending a class action lawsuit involving claims of breach of contract, defense of high exposure lawsuits alleging claims of personal injury, and counseling related to day-to-day operations and general legal matters related to the resort.
