Alexander Nicholson defends large corporations, non-profits, small businesses, and universities against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate, whistleblower actions, COVID-19 compliance, and wage and hour and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) violations. Additionally, Alexander conducts neutral investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other misconduct
Alexander joined the firm in 2023 after completing his Juris Doctorate at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. In law school Alexander competed on the number one nationally ranked Hastings Moot Court Team and was a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexander served as a Law Clerk with the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office and the San Mateo District Attorney’s Office, and as a Law Fellow with the Marin County District Attorney’s Office assisting in prosecuting drug and weapons charges, child abuses cases, gang cases, and appeals of weapons charges following the holding of the United States Supreme Court in New York State Rifle & Pistol Association Inc. v. Bruen.
