He has handled complex personal injury and property suits involving catastrophic injuries, including wrongful death, and significant environmental contamination. 

Class Action

Andrew routinely handles complex class action litigation, including nationwide and state class claims arising under consumer protection statutes and false advertising or unfair competition statutes, including alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Varied Practice

Andrew primarily has experience in complex business litigation matters, including premises liability matters, consumer fraud actions, construction injury and defect matters, professional liability, defamation and related First Amendment claims, fair credit reporting, and employment claims involving alleged discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, hostile work environment, infliction of emotional distress, and retaliation.  Attorney Bullard has experience coordinating and preparing large-scale E-discovery productions.

In addition to litigation, Andrew has experience gathered during secondment in the corporate headquarters of a global leader in elevators and escalators, assisting with contract negotiation and review and as well as privacy compliance.
