Angela Sullivan is Senior Counsel in the Chicago office of GRSM. Her practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation, fidelity and crime insurance coverage, and cyber security. Ms. Sullivan handles a variety of litigation and pre-suit matters, locally and throughout the United States. Ms. Sullivan has experience in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Sullivan earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of Information Technology & Privacy Law and a participant in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Ms. Sullivan also worked in the Business Enterprise Law Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Sullivan received her Bachelor of Science in Finance, cum laude, from DePaul University.
