Arash Irani focuses his practice on a wide array of general liability, construction, and professional liability litigation. He has experience representing clients in a multitude of complex and high-exposure claims, including New York State labor law litigation, construction accidents and defects, automobile, municipal liability, premises liability, negligent security, negligent supervision, and professional liability matters. He is also involved in defending property owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors in personal injury actions arising out of labor law, construction defect, and property damage claims in New York and New Jersey.

As an avid sports enthusiast who resides in New Jersey, Arash manages NFL and NBA athletes in their on- and off-the-field contract negotiations and appearances.

Before entering private practice, Arash worked alongside the Honorable Judge Melissa A. Crane, J.S.C. in the Commercial Division at the New York State Supreme Court where he drafted initial decisions on motions on a wide variety of commercial cases.
