Bonnie S. Goldman is a Partner in the New York office of GRSM. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
Bonnie has represented clients in numerous fields of litigation, including construction litigation, premises liability, professional liability, commercial matters, dram shop actions and toxic tort actions. Her construction litigation practice focuses on all aspects of construction litigation, including the defense of allegations brought under New York Labor Law.
Bonnie’s practice involves defending a broad range of clients, including residential and commercial property owners, general contractors and construction managers, subcontractors, architects and engineers, and both small and large businesses. Bonnie has comprehensive experience in handling all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery documents, numerous motions including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and discovery-related motions, and appellate briefs; conducting and defending depositions; arguing motions in state and federal courts; participating in mediations and settlement negotiations/conferences in a wide range of disputes before federal and state trial courts; and trial.
Prior to joining GRSM, Bonnie was an associate attorney, of counsel and partner at a regional litigation defense firm. During her time there, she gained significant experience in every aspect of litigation in both state and federal courts.
Bonnie lives in New York City with her family. She enjoys reading, traveling and photography. Bonnie graduated from West Chester University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in Speech Communication. She attended New York Law School, graduating in 2010. During law school, she was a part of the student government.
