Bradley G. Taylor is Senior Counsel in the Las Vegas office of GRSM and is a member of the Construction practice group. He has more than twenty-five years providing pragmatic risk management and legal counsel to avoid and resolve disputes involving the following practice areas:

  • Contract law: draft private and public contracts; contract negotiations; and contract dispute resolution;
  • Construction law (private, state and federal construction projects): lien and bond law disputes; construction defect disputes; electronic document management; claim and schedule analysis and preparation; negotiations; and alternative dispute resolution;
  • Risk assessment and management: project management; concurrent risk assessment and management; and early resolution of disputes;
