Brendan P. Bradley has over 19 years of construction and commercial litigation, including litigating matters involving defective construction, delay, disruption and inefficiency, professional negligence, and complex matters related to breach of contract and corporate governance. He also has extensive experience drafting and reviewing construction contracts for clients.
He has represented businesses and individuals including developers, general contractors and design professionals, as well as software and investment companies, in numerous related matters. His experience includes trying multiple cases to jury verdict and resolving numerous claims at mediation. He has successfully defended developers and design professionals in claims involving wildfires, as well as numerous matters related to the construction of hospitals, schools and public transit facilities.
Brendan’s current focus is on representing contractors, developers and design professionals on large scale commercial, residential and public works projects.
Prior to attending Santa Clara Law School, Brendan worked as a financial analyst.
