Brendon Pashia is an Associate in the GRSM Nashville Office. Brendon’s practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation and other general liability matters for clients across the United States. Brendon has experience handling cases from inception to resolution, including conducting detailed fact investigations, managing discovery, conducting and defending depositions, drafting critical motions, and managing settlement negotiations. Brendon also has experience successfully arguing various motions in Tennessee state court on behalf of his clients. Prior to joining GRSM, Brendon was an associate at a litigation defense firm located in Nashville, TN and Cleveland, OH where he also focused his practice on commercial litigation and a wide array of other general liabilities matters.
Brendon is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he received a Certificate in Transactional Law, was Executive Editor of the Consumer Law Review, and was a Clinician in the Federal Tax Clinic. During law school, Brendon was also a Law Clerk at an insurance defense firm in Chicago and served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Sara Darrow, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
Brendon earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePauw University. He utilizes his legal experience, as well as his educational background, to provide a detailed and process-oriented approach to advocating for his clients.
