Brian L. Frary is a Partner in the San Diego office of GRSM. Brian has practiced law in San Diego for over 20 years. His specialties include business litigation, consumer finance litigation defense (including defense of FDCPA, TCPA, and GLBA cases), class actions, real property litigation, products liability, personal injury, construction defect litigation, and professional liability defense. Brian has spent 10 years as Corporate Counsel for publicly traded corporations, managing their world-wide litigation.
