Biography

Brittany L. Primavera is a Partner in the GRSM New York City office’s employment litigation group. She brings extensive experience to GRSM, representing and counseling corporations on a wide variety of issues including civil rights, wage and hour class actions, contractual disputes and corporate transactions. Brittany has developed a keen focus in the areas of sports, entertainment, and professional liability. Brittany has earned a reputation of zealously advocating on behalf her clients, including employers, sports agents, corporate boards and other professionals. Brittany prides herself on her responsiveness and ability to address each client’s unique needs across various industries, including sports, hospitality, finance and healthcare, among others.

Brittany actively litigates in federal and NY/NJ state courts, including the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Brittany is a member of the Ethics Committee in New Jersey and an active leader in professional organizations aimed at counseling and supporting the growth and success of business owners and entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining GRSM, Brittany served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division. While in law school at Seton Hall University School of Law, she was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and earned a Merit Scholarship for academic excellence.
