Carly McKane is an Associate in the firm’s Raleigh office and focuses her practice on employment, insurance coverage, health care, and professional liability defense. Carly regularly defends clients against claims of discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She also defends licensed professionals across various industries against claims of malpractice and negligence. In addition, Carly provides carriers with coverage analysis and counsel in non-litigation matters.

Prior to joining GRSM, Carly clerked for the Honorable Allegra Collins at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
