Caroline Baird is an Associate in the Dallas and Oklahoma City offices of GRSM and is a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort, Commercial Litigation, and Construction practice groups.
Caroline’s practice includes defending corporations in a variety of areas, including product liability, and toxic tort litigation involving personal injury and wrongful death. She also represents construction firms (contractors and subcontractors), developers, design professionals (architects and engineers), and multinational manufacturers, suppliers and retailers, in a variety of disputes.
Caroline has experience participating in all phases of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings; drafting dispositive motions; drafting written discovery; conducting extensive document reviews; participating in the depositions of fact witnesses; assisting in trial preparation; and attending trial.
While in law school, Caroline served as a staff member of the Oklahoma City University Law Review, earned CALI awards in Agency & Unincorporated Business Associations and Trial Practice, and was a member of the NALSA Moot Court Team.
