Chasse Thomas is an Associate in the Minneapolis office. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Chasse gained ample legal experience as an extern for the Honorable Christian Sande in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and worked as a law clerk in both litigation and transactional areas.
Representative Experience
- Successfully defended two EEOC employment investigations of alleged violations of Title VII and the MHRA.
- Obtained dismissal of claims against a health care facility for alleged violations of the Minnesota Patients’ Bill of Rights and a Person Subject to A Guardianship’s Bill of Rights.
- Achieved dismissal of claims alleged under the Minnesota Franchise Act and the Minnesota Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
