Chip Adams is a Partner in the Houston office of GRSM. Chip is an attorney and mediator, and has extensive litigation experience in matters involving products liability, transportation law, toxic torts, construction and industrial bodily injury matters, and general liability. He has served as statewide counsel for several multinational corporations in products liability actions and in trucking incidents representing clients in claims involving bodily injury and death, and has represented clients in trial throughout Texas and in various jurisdictions throughout the country. Chip is a qualified mediator in Texas and has completed 40 hours of mediation training as required under the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
Outside of the courtroom, Chip spends a considerable amount of time in both professional and bar-related activities through the DRI and IADC, and he has held numerous positions on DRI’s steering committees.
