Christopher Clay Olson is a Partner in the Charleston office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Construction practice groups. With 20 years of litigation experience on behalf of insurance companies, regional and local businesses, Christopher has maintained focus litigating commercial matters pertaining to contractors, retailers, franchisors, franchisees, developers, manufacturers, design professionals, insurance companies, and local businesses large and small.
Christopher’s industry focus has allowed him to litigate matters involving construction defects, premises liability, property damage, bodily injury, and insurance coverage. Through his roles as an attorney in private law firms, as corporate in-house counsel, and leadership positions with industry organizations such as the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, Christopher has the knowledge and expertise to efficiently navigate multiple-litigant suits in a cost-effective manner, which optimizes client outcomes.
