Christopher I. Stephens is an Associate in the New York office of GRSM and a member of the Products & General Liability practice group. Chris practice involves all aspects of litigating complex products liability and commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has significant experience in pre-litigation claims handling, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining GRSM, Chris was an Associate at Todd & Levi, LLP. At T&L, his practice involved litigation of high stakes commercial disputes in the aviation, real estate, finance, and construction sectors. He handled complex litigation for international and domestic plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts.
Chris graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. During law school, he was the Articles Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, CALI award winner in Legal Analysis and Writing, and interned for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company’s Trial Division at the company’s headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
