Corey J. Taylor is an Associate in the Louisville, Kentucky office of GRSM and is a member of the Construction and Insurance practice groups. He has considerable experience in complex litigation in both civil and criminal practice.
As a former Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Kentucky’s largest jurisdiction, Corey has handled hundreds of felony cases involving a litany of charges ranging from simple theft to murder. The substantial courtroom experience gained during his tenure as a prosecutor now serves his clients in a variety of litigation matters. His additional background in insurance defense allows him to successfully advise clients throughout the discovery process and engage in meaningful settlement negotiations. He has litigated numerous civil cases involving negligence, personal injury, and wrongful death.
His practice at GRSM is focused on representation of construction clients litigating contractual and other disputes as well as defending insurance companies in personal injury matters.
