Daniel Reisner is an Associate in the New York office of GRSM and a member of the Products & General Liability practice group. Daniel’s practice involves litigating complex products liability and commercial actions in federal and state courts throughout the U.S.
Daniel graduated from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. He attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate with concentrations in Criminal Justice and Family & Children’s Law. During law school, Daniel participated in the Divorce Mediation Clinic, the Juvenile Delinquency Field Clinic, and interned at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office as part of the Prosecutor Practicum. Daniel also completed Cardozo’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Program in his third year of law school.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office. Here, he successfully prosecuted hundreds of major felony cases including attempted murders, burglaries and robberies.
