Daphne M. Lancaster is Senior Counsel in the New Orleans office of GRSM. She is a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort and Product and General Liability practice groups.
A native of Mississippi, Daphne joins the firm with over twenty years of experience in civil defense litigation at both the state and federal levels. She has represented a variety of corporate clients, including employers, manufacturers, premises owners, and their insurers in personal injury and property damage claims in the areas of products liability, asbestos and toxic tort, and premises liability. Daphne takes great pride in being able to guide and assist her clients through all phases of the litigation process from initial case evaluation and strategy, discovery and motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.
