David Babb represents a diverse list of clients in various industries, practicing across the country wherever his clients have needed him. David focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters such as Defend of Trade Secrets Act claims, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trademark and IP litigation, business torts, and other various corporate litigation matters.
David has been a member of two hundred-million-dollar cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, and contract interpretation. He was also a member of a trial team litigating a white-collar fraud claim.
When he is not at work, David enjoys spending time with his wife, supporting the Pitt Panthers and Arkansas Basketball, and playing soccer.
