Delaney Tyson is an Associate Attorney in the Charleston office and is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Class Action practice groups. Delaney attended undergrad at the University of Pittsburgh, where she received her B.A. in Linguistics, with minors in Spanish, French, and Legal Studies, and a concentration in Chemistry.
After undergrad, Delaney moved down to Charleston for law school, where she earned her J.D. from Charleston School of Law, graduating summa cum laude in May of 2024. During law school Delaney was a teaching fellow for first year contracts and legal writing students, the Managing Editor of the Charleston Law Review, volunteered with the Charleston Housing Court and the Volunteer Income Tax Association (VITA), and interned at Benefitfocus, where her main focus was contract drafting.
Outside of work, Delaney likes to read, go to spin classes, spend time outside, and hang out with her fiancé and their cats, Hashbrown and Grits.
