Denise Dickey is an accomplished litigation attorney with proven accomplishments in litigation, law & motion discovery, appellate, court proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, and mediation.  She focuses her practice on personal injury, insurance defense, municipality and police officer liability, contract and business litigation, insurance fraud, neck and back injuries, civil rights and constitutional issues, auto and aviation accidents, and litigation strategy.

Prior to joining GRSM, she was an Associate Partner at a Los Angeles based firm where she was involved with a broad assortment of large exposure insurance defense litigation matters within the firm’s professional liability and general civil litigation departments.

Representative Experience

• Won an appeal in a copyright infringement action involving an alleged misappropriation of source code
• Oversaw intellectual property protection and policing program for film studio, including numerous claims of copyright and trademark infringement
• Successfully conducted a two-week breach of contract arbitration on behalf of the claimant in an advertising industry dispute that led to an arbitration award in excess of $2.8 million, which was fully confirmed after motions before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York
