Eliza Whitworth is an Associate in the Seattle office and is a member of the Employment Law and Commercial Litigation practice groups. In her Employment practice, she represents employers in defending against allegations and claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters. In her commercial litigation practice, Eliza represents businesses in complex litigation matters including breach of contract, negligence, and landlord-tenant disputes. She practices in both state and federal court.
