Elizabeth Harper is a Senior Counsel in the Houston office of GRSM and is a member of the Employment Law Practice Group.
Elizabeth has extensive experience litigating employment claims for businesses in state and federal courts, including claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (TCHRA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and similar federal and state statutes and regulations. She represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) by writing position statements and conferring with investigators.
