Emilie MacLean is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of GRSM and is a member of the Employment Law practice group. Emilie has experience in state and federal employment matters, including wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions.

Emilie has handled several depositions, written and argued motions and participated in numerous mediations. Prior to earning her JD, Emilie served as a volunteer mediator in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Small Claims Division.

Emilie is originally from Canada and speaks French.
