Biography

Eric D. Sentlinger is a Partner in the San Francisco office of GRSM and is a member of the Product & General Liability, Automotive Litigation and Autonomous Vehicles practice groups. Eric’s practice includes defending actions in product liability, commercial litigation, and consumer protection litigation for automobile manufacturers, including consumer warranty claims, violations of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), and Business and Professions Code Section 17200. Eric strives to provide clients with the highest possible level of legal service, including learning about his clients, their businesses and focusing on every detail of a case in order to obtain the best possible result. He prides himself on being trusted by his clients, dependable, responsive, and reachable. He works closely with clients, general counsel, and national counsel to prepare global strategies and to develop strategies specific to each case. Eric has successfully negotiate favorable settlements on behalf of his clients and has been a member of numerous trial teams that have litigated cases to verdict or obtained successful resolution on behalf of his clients during trial.

Over the course of his career, Eric has represented numerous manufacturers, suppliers and premises owners in product liability cases involving personal injury and wrongful death caused by negligence, defective products, design defects, failure to warn, and premises liability. Eric’s experiences also includes catastrophic injury, environmental torts, toxic torts, and employment. On multiple occasions, he has prevailed on summary judgment on behalf of his clients.
