Erin is experienced in representing clients through commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, 1031 exchanges, and leasing transactions. She also regularly counsels commercial lenders on a variety of financing matters, including acquisition financing, commercial lines of credit, and asset-based lending. Clients ranging from sole proprietors and startups to publicly traded corporations rely on Erin as a trusted adviser across all stages of their business growth. In addition to her transactional work, she has represented both businesses and lenders in commercial litigation matters.
Erin earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, where she served as Managing Business Editor of the DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal. She received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Transactional Legal Drafting and Legal Analysis, Research, and Communication, recognizing her academic achievement in those areas.
