Gregory N. Brescia

In addition to his Intellectual Property practice, Gregory represents buyers and sellers in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and counsels clients in the aesthetic industry on compliance, licensing and formation related issues. Covering all bases, Gregory collaborates with other GRSM attorneys who operate at the intersection of corporate law, state-of-the-art science and regulatory experience. In addition, he serves as outside general counsel for clients as diverse as tech startups to multi-national universities. Since joining GRSM, he has displayed his versatility as a lawyer through his success in advocating and defending high exposure equipment defect, premises liability and general liability claims. Gregory uses the considerable resources of GRSM to enhance the services he offers, from intellectual property to commercial litigation matters.
