Hailey M. Rogerson is Senior Counsel in the Sacramento office of GRSM and is a member of the Product & General Liability practice group. Hailey focuses her practice on commercial and consumer breach of warranty cases for automotive manufacturers. She has litigated numerous matters involving alleged violations under the Song Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, California Consumer Legal Remedies Act and consumer fraud-based claims. She has participated in numerous civil trials through verdict.
Prior to practicing law, Hailey received a Bachelor of Science from Loyola Marymount University, graduating cum laude with a degree in Pure Mathematics. During her undergraduate career, Hailey was heavily involved in a service organization that worked with children to teach them the importance of camaraderie, service and social justice.
During law school, she served on the Trial Practice Honors Board and was a research editor of the Journal of Juvenile Law and Policy. She interned at Disability Rights California, where she advocated on behalf of children whose special education right were violated. She spent a summer interning with the California Department of Justice, where she focused on drafting appeals and pretrial motions. She spent her final year of law school as a member of the King Hall Civil Rights Clinic, where she advocated on behalf of her client to help reach a favorable settlement.
