Biography

Irma Katsman is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation, Franchise Law, and Product & General Liability practice groups of GRSM.  Prior to joining the firm, Irma worked in New York firms that represented small local businesses to major insurance companies in the recovery of judgments, including premiums, deductibles, self-insured retentions, retrospective premium adjustments and various other creditor’s rights disputes. In addition, Irma experience entails various commercial and residential real estate transaction matters including landlord and tenant disputes.

During law school, Irma served as a student-attorney in the Child Advocacy Clinic that represented matters relating to children, including Family Court abuse, neglect, custody and guardianship cases; immigration removal proceedings and status applications; foster parent fair hearings, education and disability advocacy; and international child abduction cases under the Hague Convention.
