Jake Jung is a Senior Counsel in the Irvine office of GRSM. He focuses on business and contract disputes, product and general liability, and employment conflicts. 

He has tried cases before judges and juries and arbitrated commercial disputes. With extensive experience litigating in federal and state courts across the country—including California, Nevada, and Washington, D.C.—Jake is adept at managing cases through all phases of litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution. His collaborative approach with both small and large businesses helps ensure their corporate interests are protected throughout complex legal processes. 

Notably, Jake is a native Korean speaker with a profound understanding of Korean business culture and a skilled litigator equipped to handle complex legal matters within the U.S. legal system.
