Jared M. Mogil is Of Counsel in the New York office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Jared previously represented estate and trust fiduciaries, including the Public Administrator of the County of New York, in administration, accounting, probate and miscellaneous proceedings in Surrogate’s Court. In that role, he handled complex commercial litigation matters, including real estate and business disputes, on behalf of fiduciaries.
Jared began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s office. Jared prosecuted a wide range of violent and financial crimes, securing indictments and litigating matters from arrest through jury trial. Jared also co-managed a long term, complex firearm trafficking investigation utilizing wiretap surveillance, which culminated in the largest firearm trafficking indictment in the borough’s history and second-largest in the City of New York.
