Jennifer E. Elgie Paez is senior counsel in the Sacramento office of GRSM and is a member of the Health Care and Product & General Liability practice groups. She has experience in all aspects of health care litigation matters, investigations and counseling through trial. Ms. Paez counsels and represents clients on matters relating to medical malpractice, dental malpractice, veterinary malpractice, wrongful death, elder/dependent adult neglect and abuse, violation of patient rights, fraud, and breach of contract. 

Ms. Paez has significant experience and involvement in counseling physicians, dentists, veterinarians, nurses, hospitals, medical staffing companies, and insurance brokers and their clients in all aspects of the malpractice litigation process. She also provides counseling and representation related to investigations by the California Boards.
