Jeremi Chylinski is an attorney in the Employment Group of GRSM. Jeremi has extensive experience representing Fortune 100 and other clients in all areas of labor and employment law, including wage and hour cases, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, ADA accessibility, and breach of contract before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
He has successfully tried numerous employment cases to verdict in federal and states court in New York and New Jersey; prepared and directed the testimony of high level witnesses; first-chaired trials, arbitrations, hearings, and mediations before various federal, state, and private agencies; negotiated settlements; and briefed and argued appeals before the Second Circuit and New York State appellate courts.
Jeremi regularly advises clients on matters relating to the development and implementation of wage and hour policies, employment contracts, employee handbooks, personnel policies, reductions-in-force, independent contractor agreements, and compliance with Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, SOX, and other federal, state, and local employment statutes.
