Jill K. Evangelista is Senior Counsel in the Houston office of GRSM. She is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Health Care practice groups.  Her practice focuses on representing clients facing complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout Texas.

Jill is very skilled at negotiating and often implements creative strategies prior to litigation to achieve client goals efficiently. She handles a broad range of commercial matters for a variety of clients, including many physician and physician groups, in areas such as breach of contract, partnership disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, deceptive trade practices, and she also defends medical and dental malpractice matters.

Prior to joining GRSM, Jill spent two decades working as an Associate and then Senior Counsel in the areas of professional negligence which included medical and legal malpractice matters, employment law, transportation law, and other complex commercial litigations matters. She has handled cases from inception to resolution including all aspects of client development, negotiation, discovery, motions practice and litigation.
