J. Brady Hagan represents clients in state and federal courts as a litigator in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Energy & Natural Resources, and Intellectual Property practice groups. Before joining GRSM in the Columbus, Ohio Office, Brady served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Justice John D. Minton, Jr. of the Supreme Court of Kentucky, and then to Senior U.S. District Judge William O. Bertelsman of the Eastern District of Kentucky. This experience provided him unique insight into the rules and operations of both state and federal courts, and of trial and appellate courts, having participated in a broad range of matters, including various forms of commercial litigation, real property disputes, constitutional challenges, and employment litigation, to name a few.
