John Schneringer is an Associate in the Las Vegas office of GRSM and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group.

John is a key member of the sophisticated national financing opinion practice providing services to clients located throughout the United States in large complex financing transactions often involving numerous borrowers and guarantors.

John assists in the representation of large and small businesses through the full corporate life-span.  He assists new companies with preparing governing documents and advising on best practices for corporate governance.

John’s bankruptcy experience includes the representation of creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings throughout the United States.

John focuses his practice on corporate governance and corporate finance but also continues to pursue practice diversity in the area of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Prior to joining GRSM, John worked for local law firm focusing on bankruptcy and trust & estate litigation.
