Jordan A. Willette is an Associate in the San Francisco office of GRSM and a member of the Product & General Liability and Artificial Intelligence practice groups.
Jordan focuses her practice on civil litigation, including products liability and auto products liability claims and disputes. Her representative experience includes representing businesses and individuals in a variety of tort claims including negligence and contract related claims as well as defending manufacturers and suppliers in product defect litigation. She has additional experience representing clients in equine law matters including equine ownership issues, equine purchase and sale problems, and, where a dispute arises, the proper litigation procedure. She has experience with all aspects of motion practice, discovery, and defending motions in California and Arizona state courts.
Jordan is an avid horse enthusiast and former competitor. She also enjoys volunteering her time and talents for a therapeutic riding organization for children with disabilities and is a former fundraising chair. While attending the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University, she was an extern for the Honorable Kent E. Cattani of the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One and for the Honorable Daniel Kiley of the Maricopa County Superior Court. After receiving her student practice certificate from the Arizona Supreme Court during her final semester at law school, she regularly appeared in court and prosecuted more than 15 criminal misdemeanor trials in the Scottsdale City Court for the Scottsdale Prosecutor’s Office. Upon completing a litigation-focused academic program, Jordan was named a Trial Advocacy Fellow.
