Joshua D. Wilson is a Partner in the Nashville office of GRSM and heads the Nashville office’s Entertainment and Intellectual Property Groups. He is a member of the firm’s national Employment Law, Intellectual Property, Entertainment & Recreation Law, Consumer Protection Litigation and Directors & Officers and Shareholder Litigation practice groups. His practice focuses on complex employment litigation, entertainment litigation, and business litigation. He has handled complex and challenging litigation matters across the country. Joshua has routinely handled state and federal litigation involving claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, misappropriation, and business interference and often handles insurance claims involving professional liability insurance, including D&O and E&O claims.
