Kaetlin A. Martin is an Associate in the Dallas office of GRSM and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. At GRSM, Kaetlin’s practice includes defending corporations in a wide variety of litigation matters for clients at both the state and federal level.
Kaetlin has experience participating in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings; drafting dispositive motions; drafting written discovery; conducting extensive document review; participating in the deposition of fact witnesses; assisting in trial preparation; and attending trial. She also has experience in performing various functions as outside general business counsel for corporate clients relating to entity formation and governance, including, but not limited to, preparation of non-competition, confidentiality, non-disclosure, and various other transactional documents; licensing agreements, asset purchase agreements; membership interest transfer agreements; and form business contracts.
Kaetlin graduated from The University of Oklahoma College of Law. Throughout her law school journey, she actively participated in various organizations, serving as class representative for the Organization for the advancement of Women in Law, and as Secretary for The Business Society, as well as donating her time pro bono to the Oklahoma Legal Aid and Animal Outlook. Additionally, Kaetlin earned a certificate in Legal Technology from Procertas. For the entirety of her third year in law school, Kaetlin also gained invaluable experience as In-House Legal Extern with IXOPAY, a leading payment orchestration platform. During her time at IXOPAY, Kaetlin gained experience in cyber, privacy, & data security.
