Kathryn T. Siegeltuch is an Associate in the New Jersey office of GRSM and is a member of the Professional Liability practice group. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Kathryn graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University in 2016, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She then attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, graduating in 2019. During law school, she was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and was a recipient of the Dorothy Day Pro Bono Award. She also served on the Villanova Environmental Law Journal as a staff writer in her 2L year and then as the Production Editor in her 3L year.
During law school, Kathryn interned at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law, in the Employment, Counseling & Labor section. Additionally, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David R. Strawbridge, Magistrate Judge, of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and as an intern at the City of Philadelphia Law Department in their Appeals Unit.
After graduating law school, Kathryn clerked for the Honorable Aimee R. Belgard, P.J. Cv., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County. During her clerkship, she also served as a Court trained settlement facilitator, handling disputes in Special Civil and Landlord-Tenant matters.
Prior to joining GRSM, Kathryn worked at a regional defense firm representing a wide variety of professionals against claims of malpractice and defending employers against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation. She also represented municipal and public entities as well as corporations and professionals in claims arising from cyber risk.
