Biography

Keith M. Hayasaka is a Partner in the Seattle office of GRSM and a member of the firm’s Product & General Liability and Insurance practice groups. His broad experience includes premises liability, personal injury defense (including wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims), transportation (trucking, railroad and motor vehicle litigation), property damage, commercial disputes, and products liability. He has successfully represented clients in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit claims counseling to obtaining favorable results through mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal. 

Prior to joining GRSM, he was partner in the Seattle office of an Am Law 100 firm. Previously, he practiced in Georgia for nearly a decade. His clients have ranged from individual insureds to Fortune 500 companies in matters pending in both state and federal court. 

Keith received his BA from Vanderbilt University and JD from Georgia State University College of Law.
