Kelly M. Telfeyan is Senior Counsel in the GRSM Nashville office, where her practice is focused on Commercial, Construction, and Health Care litigation.
Licensed in Tennessee since 2005 and Colorado since 2007, her commercial litigation practice has included representing clients in disputes subject to arbitration, before state and federal courts, and before governmental agencies with respect to a wide variety of matters, including premises liability, products liability, foreclosure, breach of contract, negligence, governmental immunity, and tax appeals.
In her health care litigation practice, Kelly has defended skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, and assisted living facilities against claims for negligence and wrongful death, including consumer protection act claims and claims for alleged violations of professional standards of care.
Her practice also includes construction litigation, in which she has represented private owners, developers, tenants, and contractors in various types of construction and real estate related disputes involving issues such as construction and design defects, licensing requirements, payment claims, mechanics and materialmen’s liens, prompt pay claims, and consumer protection act claims (TCPA).
