Kelsey B. Milack is an Associate in the Irvine office of GRSM and a member of the Maritime Law practice group. Kelsey received her B.A. in Business Administration and a dual emphasis in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder. She then obtained her J.D. from Tulane University Law School where she graduated with a certificate of concentration in Maritime Law.
Kelsey's practice focuses on advising ship-owners, tug and barge operators, and marine terminal operators in the maritime and transportation industries concerning maritime related incidents. She assists in defending various personal injury, wrongful death, and casualty-related claims brought under the Jones Act, the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, and the general maritime law. Prior to joining GRSM, Kelsey gained extensive experience clerking for a local maritime firm where she dealt with matters involving oil pollution and other environmental crimes, cargo loss and damage, and international arbitration.
