Kimberly A. Westmoreland is Partner in the Los Angeles office of GRSM and is a member of the Employment Law practice group. Kimberly defends companies of all sizes and industries in wage and hour, class action, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, and wrongful termination matters. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation and represents clients in both state and federal court. She also performs policy audits and provides advice and counsel to management on employment-related matters.

Kimberly also has experience representing large classes of employees in wage and hour class action litigation and has achieved class certifications and settlements of cases on behalf of thousands of class members for tens of millions of dollars. She now uses her plaintiff-side experience and knowledge as an eye for case merit to achieve the most cost-effective and efficient result for employers ranging from small to large companies.
