Kris Spiro’s practice is focused in the area of insurance coverage. Kris has rendered numerous coverage opinions involving standard and manuscript primary, excess and umbrella policies including general liability, personal and advertising injury, construction defect and professional liability policies.

In addition to her experience as a coverage attorney, Kris has worked in the claims management field for a large insurance company, where she was responsible for handling hundreds of claims from tender through resolution, as well as for providing input in policy drafting and bordereau maintenance. With her experience in claims management, Kris understands the need to promptly and effectively communicate with her insurance clients in order to assist them in achieving their goals and satisfying their insureds.
