Kyle C. Thompson is a partner in the Salt Lake City office of GRSM and a member of the Commercial Litigation, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability Defense, Trucking and Transportation practice groups. Kyle has experience in handling a variety of types of litigation, including complex business and commercial matters, insurance coverage claims, wrongful death and personal injury claims, asbestos claims, and railroad liability and FELA claims. He also has been involved in appellate practice with respect to such claims in both federal and state court.
